or as an already established firm. WFM can provide services to a wide range of collective investment schemes, including Investment Companies with Variable Capital
(more commonly known as OEICs or ICAVs) and authorised unit trusts. These can be aimed at retail and/or institutional investors and can even be created for high
net worth individuals and their families (more commonly referred to as "private funds").

Transfer Agent - Investor Administration Solutions Limited - Accepts and processes all investor deals on behalf of WFM and will deal directly with investors
and their agents, as appropriate, in relation to settlement, queries etc;
Fund Accountant - Apex Fund Services (UK) Limited - Values the Funds' assets in accordance with its constitutional documents and provides comprehensive
valuations to asset managers and to WFM;
Independent Auditor - BDO LLP - Audits the Fund's financial statements in accordance with the FCA rules on an annual basis.
Additional providers of services to the Funds:
Depositary - Northern Trust Global Services SE - Responsible for the safe custody of the Funds' assets and for monitoring the activities of the AFM (WFM);
Custodian - The Northern Trust Company - A delegate of the Depositary which holds Funds' assets in accounts in the Funds' names.
